The Unifiber Ergo Boom Head Essential is designed for riders who want a straightforward, reliable and easy-to-use boom connection. Its single-hinge mechanism makes attaching the boom fast and intuitive, without complicated adjustments.
It is well suited to recreational and all-round windsurfing.
RDM and SDM compatibility
RDM and SDM adapters are included. They provide the correct fit for both mast diameters and help reduce point-load pressure on the mast.
4.0 mm polyester rope
The Essential version uses a 4.0 mm pre-stretched polyester rope. It is a durable and practical solution for regular use.
Lightweight and compact
The Ergo Boom Head is around 20% lighter than the previous generation. It weighs approximately 284 g and has a height of 138 mm, keeping the construction compact and easy to handle.
Compatible with multiple boom bodies
The Ergo Boom Head Essential is compatible with Unifiber Essentials, HD and Elite boom bodies. It can be used as a replacement part or selected when ordering a new boom.
