EASY Shipping Bonus

To help offset your shipping cost, we give you a direct shipping discount — automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches a certain value.

If the bonus is bigger than your shipping cost, you pay nothing for delivery. The discount is applied automatically and shown in your cart.

Currency Policy

Our reference currency is EUR (€) — all shipping costs and shipping bonus thresholds are based on EUR.

If you choose another currency (USD, GBP, NOK, SEK, CZK, DKK, CHF), prices and discounts are shown using the current exchange rate, which may vary slightly day to day.

VAT Policy

For EU countries, all shipping costs include VAT applicable to the country of delivery. For non-EU countries, as this is export outside the European Union, there is no VAT on shipping cost.

Surcharges Explained

Some shipments may qualify for surcharges based on size, weight, packaging, or delivery location — but you’ll always see the full cost up front in your cart. Here’s how it works:

Location-based surcharges

• 49 EUR incl. VAT for EU deliveries / 39 EUR outside EU - applied to deliveries in islands, mountains, and rural areas where courier access is limited.
• 10 EUR incl. VAT for EU deliveries / 8 EUR outside EU - applies to extended delivery zones outside standard service areas.

Package-based surcharges

UPS normally applies extra fees for:

• Large packages with combined size over 300 cm (length + girth)
• Items requiring additional handling — e.g. with the longest side over 100 cm
• Heavy or non-standard packages (over 25 kg or unusual shape)

These surcharges typically cost extra 55 EUR incl. VAT for EU deliveries and 45 EUR for shipments outside the EU.

We’ve negotiated a 100% discount on these charges for EASY customers (oh, yes!), so you can ship large, long, or heavy items without any additional fees — giving you more flexibility at no extra cost.

If your order exceeds UPS’s maximum allowed size (400 cm length + girth, or longest side over 270 cm), we’ll automatically switch to a different courier — such as DHL Freight or DHL Express — and reflect the adjusted shipping cost in your cart.
