Women’s 4/3 mm wetsuit for cold water

Rip Curl Flashbomb Fusion 4/3 Zip Free is a technical women’s wetsuit designed for surfing in colder conditions. The 4/3 mm thickness works well when a 3/2 mm wetsuit is already too light, but you do not yet need the thickest 5/3 mm construction.

Thicker neoprene in the body supports thermal insulation, while thinner panels in the arms and legs help maintain mobility during paddling, duck dives and active board movement.

Fusion Dry Seam — fewer seams, fewer leak points

The key feature of this model is Fusion Dry Seam technology. The construction is designed to reduce the use of traditional stitched seams — according to the manufacturer, 96% of the wetsuit is made without conventional stitching. Fewer seams mean fewer places where water could enter over time.

In practice, this supports more stable warmth, better sealing and reduced heat loss during longer sessions in cold water.

E7 flash lining and E7 tape

Inside, the wetsuit uses E7 flash lining — a lining designed to combine warmth, stretch and durability. It supports insulation, feels comfortable against the skin and helps the wetsuit dry more efficiently after the session.

Additional E7 flash lining tape reinforces selected areas and supports sealing. This matters during regular use, frequent changing and intensive movement on the water.
