Rise HC Round is a high cut, warm, pull-on windsurfing boot made of 5 mm thick elastic neoprene. Tight seams - sewn 'blind' and glued (gbs). Round toe inside the boot increases perceived warmth. Strap on the back makes it easy to put on and take off the shoes.
