Duotone Flow Air SLS 9'8 is an inflatable SUP board for riders who want a light, compact and easy-to-maneuver setup. The 9'8 size is best suited for lighter paddlers, younger users and riders who value turning freedom more than maximum glide.
The board is 294.6 cm long, 81.3 cm wide and has 225 l of volume. It is recommended for users up to 80 kg, making it a good choice for recreational paddling, shoreline fun, short trips and first attempts on small waves.
Malibu longboard-inspired surf/all-around shape
Flow Air SLS 9'8 is based on a classic Malibu longboard-style shape. The rounded nose, fuller outline and all-around character help with stability, while the shorter length makes the board easier to turn and control.
This size is made for riders who want a SUP that is simple to handle without being overly long. It works well when easy transport, quick setup and relaxed paddling in different conditions matter.
SLS - lightweight, stiff and compact
SLS technology - Strong, Light, Superior - uses woven drop-stitch and machine-welded rails. This construction improves stiffness, increases durability and helps reduce weight. In the 9'8 size, the board weighs around 6.60 kg, so it is easy to carry, pack and take on trips.
The welded panels replace traditional glue, improving durability and reducing the amount of heavy adhesive. Once rolled up, the board takes less space, making it practical for apartments, cars, campervans and travel.
Practical features on the water
The US Split Box and iSUP Wave 23 fin support good tracking and maneuverability. The deck features a Tow + Action Cam combo-mount, 4 D-rings for optional kayak seat or shoulder strap attachment, and the Lashing + Shoulder combo-strap system.
The flat Cargo Expander System bungee cords allow you to carry light luggage such as a dry bag, hoodie or water bottle. The complete package includes: Fanatic Pure adjustable 3-piece paddle, Fanatic Double Action HP8 pump, fin, Gearbag Pocket backpack, Fanatic leash and repair kit.
