Since our company has been growing dynamically, in particular due to exports, we need to expand our workforce. Depending on the needs, we are recruiting for permanent on-site and off-site positions, as well as for temporary positions.

ION is a brand run by passionate watersports enthusiasts.The company started in 2004 and are focusing on neoprene products, wetsuits, harnesses, vests and accessories for windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP, surf and wakeboarding. By today, ION is one of the market leaders for harnesses in windsurfing and kite market, with a range of wetsuits to cover all water temperatures
Fans all over the world love the style and quality of the products. Harness choice is just enormous. Neoprene bikini for women is an example of unique ION product. There is also one of the best buoyancy vests out there - Booster X. In late 2012 ION launched a separate bike division. One of ION trademark items are also impact vests and travel bags and gear.

In the latest collection, ION introduced new solutions and technologies that are hard to pass by indifferently. The Seek and Amaze foam models, made in Graphene technology, which are not only warm, but above all very durable and stretchy, attract attention. On the other hand, ultra-light harnesses made of Curv material have been equipped with a new Quicklock system, which increases safety when performing kite evolutions. Trapezes have a modular structure that allows you to adjust the elements that perfectly fits to you. In addition, there is a whole lot of neoprene accessories such as: hats, gloves, boots, vests and hoods as well as various cover and quiver bags that will allow you to safely transport your equipment. Crazyfly is a family brand established 1999 in Central European Slovakia, manufacturing kiteboards, kites and accessories.
Due to Crazyfly newly built factory “at home”, the production quality is on the highest level. Crazyfly products are all made with materials from within EU applying the newest technology. Crazyfly offers a wide selection of boards: twintips (including most popular Raptor and Allround) and wave boards (ATV Surf). There are 2 models of kites: Sculp and Hyper, and various accessories including quiver travel bags, pumps and leashes. Duotone is a new name for world renowned brands: North Sails Windsurfing and North Kiteboarding (NKB). North Sails has been shaping windsurfing sport and technology for almost 40 years. North Kiteboarding evolved for one of the most popular and trusted kite brands over the last decade. Due to mismatched visions of brand development and licencing issues, german manufacturer - Boards&More Group decided to split ways with american corporation owning North Sails and NKB logotypes. Whole team of North’s engineers, designers, managers and team riders (both in Windsurfing and Kitesurfing division) are now Duotone guys (and girls)! Global distribution and marketing net stays the same too. Warranty claims for North Sails and North Kiteboarding products will be respected by Duotone and spare parts should be available.
Well known kites like Rebel, Dice, Evo or Neo and their kiteboards (Jaime, Select or Team Series), as well as bars (Trust and Click Bar) will be still available and developed under Duotone brand name.
The RYD brand was established in 2014 in Cape Town, and since then, it has been flourishing. In the brand's offer, you'll find boards for both beginners and advanced riders, along with a wide range of surfing accessories (leashes, roof rack pads, roof racks, and many more). RYD is proudly represented by ambassadors such as Caio Ibelli, WSL competitor since 2008, WSL Women's Longboarding champion Rachael Tilly, and Steven Sawyer, the WSL Longboarding 2018 champion. RYD emphasizes having fun, regardless of your current skill level!
