The repair kit includes: 2 large patches made of reinforced PVC fabric, special glue, a valve key, a water tight case so you can take it on the water.

It can happen that our inflatable board develops a hole or cut after being caught on a sharp stone, for example. Cut the patch (it is advisable to cut round the edges for more secure adhesion to the surface of the board), degrease the joint areas, apply an even layer of glue on the patch all the way to the edge and onto the board, let it dry for about 2 minutes and press down with the weight for a longer moment.

Another problem we may encounter: when you are inflating your board, air seems to be leaking out and when you reach approx. 10 psi, the valve won't close automatically. That means that the valve is not mounted tightly into the board. 

Solution: Take off the valve cap and place the wrench onto the valve. Turn the wrench clockwise until it becomes hard to turn. The valve is now mounted properly and you can inflate your board without any problems!

The repair kit you will receive with your order may differ slightly from the pictures on our website. We have several suppliers and there may be slight differences in the size of the PVC fabric patches, the glue and the valve handle. From a technical point of view, however, any differences are irrelevant.
