The ROAM 3 Piece Tail Pad is a medium-sized all-round model designed for a wide range of board shapes and surfing styles. It works well for both performance surfing and more relaxed sessions on larger boards.
The three-piece construction allows the spacing between the panels to be adjusted during installation. This helps the pad fit most tail widths, including those found on midlength surfboards.
Secure grip with room for adjustment
The Diamond Groove texture provides traction during turns, pumping and harder pressure through the tail. It creates a secure platform without completely locking the rear foot in place, so you can still make small stance adjustments while surfing.
This balance suits surfers who want clear support underfoot while retaining some freedom to reposition their rear foot.
5 mm arch and 25 mm kick
The 5 mm central arch helps you locate your rear foot and keep it correctly positioned during manoeuvres. Its medium height provides support without creating excessive pressure under the arch of the foot.
The 25 mm kick gives the rear foot a clear support point during turns and allows you to apply more pressure through the tail. Its medium profile suits a broad range of surfing styles, from cruisey sessions to more performance-oriented riding.
Reliable attachment
The pad is made from EVA foam and fitted with a 3M adhesive backing. It provides secure and durable attachment when applied to a properly cleaned and degreased board deck.
