• Carbon frame and connectors - The full carbon frame and strap connectors are the backbone of the Carboniq binding. They are ultra light, but most importantly much stronger than traditional plastic parts. The construction of the carbon frame and strap connectors prevents them from coming apart, so there is absolutely no way to pull out the footstrap. The Carboniq binding is not only the lightest, but also the safest. The carbon frame has a convex shape which prevents sand and debris from entering under the binding.
• Diamond grip - The diamond grip ensures fast water outflow from underneath your feet and creates much better traction. The shape of the diamonds causes a counter force against your feet in all directions, resulting in the ultimate grip when wet.
• Compatible with all boards - The Carboniq binding is compatible with all CrazyFly boards and all boards from other brands. The strength of the carbon frame allowed CF engineers to fit all insert widths into the Carboniq binding, making it accessible for everyone.
• Flexible T strap - Inside the strap, CrazyFly designers created a T split allowing the strap to flex in multiple directions and also bend vertically for the best possible fit. The strap comfortably copies your foot shape and movement, providing the best possible support in all situations.
• Ultra light weight - Carboniq is the lightest binding in the world with an impressive weight of only 0,65 kg. On average, the Carboniq is 50% lighter than traditional bindings. Thanks to ultra light carbon frame and strap connectors, CF engineers did not have to sacrifice any comfort, impact absorption and feet support. The result is a binding with 100% performance and by far the lightest possible weight. Board offs are an absolute dream with the Carboniq binding.
• Carboniq footpad - The Carboniq footpad has an ergonomic 3D shape for the ultimate fit, wet grip, cushioning, and comfort. It features round heel support, arch support and a raised toe grip bar for unmatched locked in experience. Triple density EVA provides a shock absorbing cushion under heels. Extremely durable and comfortable pads, produced from the highest quality EVA material.
• No gaps - Size adjustments of the strap happen inside the strap and via flexible materials around the strap. This ensures top notch lateral foot support and comfort because there are absolutely no gaps on either side of your feet, no matter how the strap size is adjusted. Your feet will never meet any hard materials. Only with cushioned surfaces ensuring comfort and safety.
• Never opens unintentionally - The Carboniq footstrap does not have any velcro for increased durability and safety. It will never come undone unintentionally. By avoiding velcro, our designers eliminated unwanted strap opening caused by water lift. The construction of the carbon frame and strap connectors prevents them from coming apart, so there is absolutely no way to pull out the footstrap. This gives you complete peace of mind, so you can focus on your session and enjoy the ride.
