The characteristic sharpened shape of the bow significantly improves "cutting through" the water, which allows you to gain speed easily. SUP has a special edge to help release water from underneath the board - so it flows smoothly and stays in the glide longer. A built-in kick-pad (a small step on the back of the deck) will make it easier to make smooth pivot type turns. Thanks to its huge volume - 400 litres - Pure Tourer is incredibly loadable, so you can take really big equipment on board. Double luggage area will help you get organised - elastic bungee cords are located at the front and back. EVA foam deck gives you a sense of security, protecting you from slips and falls. In addition to its non-slip properties (Core Grip), the footpad is pleasant to the touch (Honey Grip), preventing possible abrasions.
The Pure Series has a reduced SUP height to 5'' (standard is 6''), which allows the to feel board better underfoot. This makes your SUP less susceptible to side winds and waves hitting the sides.
