Boom character

The Dragonfly Boom is built for juniors and lighter riders who need a boom that is easy to hold and responsive in all conditions. The slim grip and compact structure improve ergonomics, helping beginners progress more naturally through their first tacks, gybes, and basic maneuvers.

Construction and materials

A strong emphasis was placed on reducing weight, allowing younger windsurfers to manage the rig comfortably even with a lighter grip. Despite its reduced mass, the boom maintains stable performance and provides predictable handling suitable for learning and progression.

On the water

The low weight makes it easier to lift the sail from the water, while the thin grip gives smaller hands better control, especially in gusty wind. Dragonfly is tuned for smooth progression—from basic board handling to more dynamic movement.
