The XCEL Comp+ Hooded Full 5/4 is a women’s cold-water wetsuit designed for riders who need strong insulation and consistent mobility. The integrated hood and thicker neoprene provide reliable warmth for winter surfing, windy sessions and long exposure in cold environments.

Warmth and comfort

The Thermo Dry Infrared (IR) lining enhances heat retention and accelerates moisture release, helping maintain core warmth in water below 11°C. The hood and Glide Skin collar improve sealing, while the watertight zipper reduces cold water entry.

Flexibility and fit

Despite its thickness, the suit remains responsive thanks to the Channel Flex exterior, which supports natural movement during paddling and transitions. The engineered fit minimizes restriction while maintaining insulation.

Construction and durability

Built from Nanoprene Lite Japanese limestone neoprene, the suit offers a balance of insulation, flexibility and low weight. Triple glued and blind stitched seams reinforced with Fusion X taping boost durability and reduce leakage.
