The interior features Thermo Dry Radiant (TDR), a reflective lining that blocks cold intrusion and redirects body-generated heat back toward the core. The upper interior uses Ultra Stretch Infrared (IR) to improve mobility through the shoulders, allowing efficient paddling and easier handling of rigs or wings.

The suit’s exterior is constructed with Channel Flex, a lightweight, tension-reducing material that enhances range of motion despite the thicker neoprene. The core fabric, Nanoprene Lite, reduces weight and minimizes water absorption. Fully sealed seams with Fusion X Tape reinforcement improve durability and reduce flushing, while the semi-dry zipper with magnetic closure enhances sealing. A glide skin collar adds comfort and helps reduce water entry at the neckline.

Environmentally conscious materials, such as dope-dye yarn and water-based glue, are incorporated without compromising performance or longevity.
