O'Neill Youth Epic 4/3 Chest Zip Full is a youth neoprene wetsuit designed for regular use in cooler conditions. It incorporates several features found in O'Neill's higher-end wetsuit ranges while maintaining a practical and durable construction.
The suit is now fully double lined, increasing durability and overall performance during frequent use.
UltraFlex and freedom of movement
The suit is built with UltraFlex, a flexible neoprene designed to support natural body movement in the water.
Strategic Seamless Paddle Zones reduce seam placement in areas where the arms move most, helping minimize restriction during paddling and other dynamic upper-body movements.
F.U.Z.E. Closure
The F.U.Z.E. Closure (Front Upper Zip Entry) uses a front-entry zipper positioned across the upper section of the wetsuit.
This design avoids a long back zipper and helps maintain greater freedom of movement through the upper body.
Double Super Seal Neck
The Double Super Seal Neck creates additional sealing around the neck to help reduce water entry.
Combined with the Glued and Blindstitched Seams, it helps limit water exchange during the session.
Glued and Blindstitched Seams
The panels are joined using glued and blind-stitched seams. The stitching does not pass completely through the material, helping reduce water penetration through the panel connections.
Reinforcement and practical details
The knees are protected with Krypto Knee Padz, reinforcing one of the highest-wear areas of the wetsuit.
Hand-Cuff Stitch Sleeve Anchor reinforces the sleeve ends, while the External Key Pocket with Loop provides a secure place for a key.

This model has 2 foam thicknesses of 3 and 4 mm. The torso is the most exposed to cooling, so the wetsuit is thicker here
Zip on the front
The chest zip is positioned at chest width, so it is short and sits high, which allows it to let in less water and maintain comfort for longer during the session
