Overall Character
This setup is built around stability, control and easy progression. The JP-Australia XR IPR gives you a solid, balanced platform from the first step onto the board. The NeilPryde Swift Alu helps with early take-off and smooth, predictable flight, while the NeilPryde Fly adds direct power delivery, good upwind ability and a more performance-oriented freeride feel.
It is a very good choice for riders who want gear that feels accessible at the start but still leaves room to progress.
Board - JP-Australia XR IPR
The JP-Australia XR IPR is designed with maximum stability and ease of use in mind. Its longer shape and even volume distribution make balancing easier through every stage of the ride - from getting on the board, to standing up, accelerating and flying on foil.
On the water, the board feels calm and predictable. The elongated outline increases usable surface area, which improves balance at low speeds and makes starts easier. At the same time, it stays composed in flight, giving you more confidence in both lighter wind and more demanding conditions.
The shape is focused on easy take-off and control. A subtle nose rocker with double concave helps the board move efficiently through the water, while the pronounced tail rocker improves the flight angle and nose clearance. Tail cut-outs reduce drag and help the board release from the water faster.
The IPR construction gives the board a strong, reliable feel for both learning and regular riding. Full-depth high-density track blocks improve stiffness and load transfer, while the corduroy EVA deck pad adds grip and comfort.
Wing - NeilPryde Fly
The NeilPryde Fly is a fast, light and precise wing built for freeride performance and dynamic handling. Compared to more easygoing all-round wings, it feels more compact, more direct and more efficient in the way it delivers power.
Its updated leading edge geometry improves stiffness without increasing tube diameter, helping the wing stay stable across a wide wind range. The reduced wingspan makes handling easier, especially in larger sizes, while the refined profile keeps the response direct and predictable.
On the water, the Fly feels compact and efficient. It delivers steady pull in both lighter and stronger wind, and its profile extends the wing’s usable range in both powered riding and more neutral phases. Integrated battens stabilize the trailing edge, reduce flutter and improve control at higher speed and during maneuvers.
Graduated 5x5 and 6x6 ripstop panels help maintain canopy shape under load, PVC windows improve visibility, and the Carbon Mono Handle keeps handling light and direct.
Foil - NeilPryde Swift Alu
The NeilPryde Swift Alu is designed for riders looking for early lift, strong stability and predictable handling. It combines an aluminum mast and fuselage with carbon Glide Swift wings, creating a balanced foil setup for learning, freeride and early progression.
One of its biggest strengths is how easily it gets flying. The central delta section and high aspect wing shape help the foil lift off at low speed and stay controlled once airborne. That makes it especially useful for beginners, but also for riders who want a smooth, efficient setup for regular sessions.
Another key advantage is stability. The Swift Alu gives plenty of support under your feet, making it easier to focus on technique instead of constant corrections. It responds well to rider input without feeling nervous.
The carbon front wing is shaped to balance control and maneuverability. Its curved leading edge, high aspect outer sections and moderate sweep help the foil stay composed in turns while keeping the ride fluid and efficient. Low-drag tips support glide and speed through transitions.
The adapter is included, so the foil is ready for mounting with less hassle. The modular NeilPryde platform is another plus, allowing you to swap front wings and stabilizers from the Glide and Glide Swift series later on.
Who Is This Package For
This package is a strong choice for riders who want a stable, confidence-building wing foil setup. It suits beginners looking for easier starts, more balance and predictable handling, but it also works well for intermediate riders who want reliable freeride gear for a wide range of conditions.
The XR IPR makes the first stages of learning easier, the Swift Alu supports early lift and stable flight, and the Fly adds a faster, more performance-oriented freeride feel. Together, they create a setup that is easy to use, but still capable as your skills improve.
Features

THIN PROFILE
For reduced drag in the air

PERFECTLY POSITIONED FOIL BOXES AND FOOTSTRAP PLUGS
Maintains exceptional stability and confidence

UNIQUE TAIL CUT-OUTS
Reducing the wetted surface in the tail area allows for a more efficient take-off as well as a quick recovery from a touchdown

SUBTLE NOSE ROCKER
Equipped with a double concave V for better glide, quicker acceleration and a smooth, passive take-off

GRADUATED RIPSTOP
The canopy features Ripstop 5x5 in the front and Ripstop 6x6 in the back for the optimum balance of strength to weight. Transverse paneling holds shape under load and reduces stretch over time

PVC WINDOWS
Fly IV and FireFly feature PVC for maximum visibility and durability. Carefully integrated into the panel layout, the PVC panels deliver unmatched visibility and durability, letting you stay aware of your surroundings while pushing your limits on the water

INTEGRATED BATTEN DESIGN
Sewn-in composite battens create a flat, fast trailing edge with minimum flutter

HIGH TENSION CANOPY
The 3D shape of the canopy leading edge is defined by a series of transverse panels that converge at the wingtips. This leverages the LE Tube structure to maximize tension in the critical entry sections – the result is more lift and a higher stall angle for better acceleration in light winds, and the ability to fly efficiently at low angles of attack for better control and higher top speeds in strong winds.
