MSL Luxe Neoprene and Apex Flex
The latest Combat generation uses MSL Luxe Neoprene together with an Apex Flex outer lamination.
This combination is designed to improve warmth, increase stretch and provide strong protection against wind chill, helping the suit perform in cold conditions without feeling excessively restrictive.
Revised thickness profile
NeilPryde has updated the thickness profile to provide more consistent thermal protection.
The brand states that the fullsuit versions use a true 4 mm thickness throughout, helping deliver reliable insulation while maintaining flexibility.
Tech Zag and Neo Silk
The internal Tech Zag lining supports thermal insulation and warmth during very cold sessions.
Neo Silk provides a softer interior feel, improving comfort against the skin and making the wetsuit more pleasant to wear for longer periods.
Strategic paneling
Combat uses strategic paneling to maximize protection while minimizing unnecessary restriction.
The panel layout helps preserve freedom of movement through the shoulders, arms and torso during dynamic riding.
E3 Entry and Back Zip
The suit features a classic Back Zip combined with the E3 Entry system.
According to NeilPryde, this setup makes the wetsuit easier to put on and provides a more comfortable entry and fit than the front-zip version.
GBS seams and Agua Glue
The panels are joined using GBS (Glued and Blind Stitched) seams.
GBS Agua Glue is used as part of the seam construction to support durable, sealed panel connections and help reduce water penetration.
