Who the MANERA Classic 4.3 is for
The MANERA Classic 4.3 is a neoprene wetsuit for riders who want a good balance of thermal comfort, freedom of movement and practical performance. This model works well for regular sessions in spring, autumn and on cooler summer days, when a thinner wetsuit no longer offers enough protection.
It is a good choice both for recreational riders and for those who spend a lot of time on the water and need a wetsuit that moves naturally and does not get in the way while riding.
Back zip and everyday comfort
This Back Zip version uses a classic zipper placed on the back, which for many riders is still the easiest and most convenient solution for getting in and out of the wetsuit. MANERA uses a high-quality PK nylon zip here to help preserve the flexibility of the back panel.
On the inside, the zip is covered by an internal flap running across the back and around the neck. This helps reduce water entry and improves comfort, since the zipper does not sit directly against the body.
3D fit and freedom of movement
One of the strongest points of this wetsuit is its 3D design. MANERA first shapes the wetsuit around a 3D body form and only then converts it into production panels. This results in a more natural fit that follows the body better.
In practice, this means fewer loose areas, less water entry, better comfort around the armpits and crotch, and more natural freedom of movement while riding. A well-fitted neoprene wetsuit simply works better and feels right from the first session.
Materials and thermal comfort
The construction is based on C-Foam neoprene, which provides a good balance of flexibility, durability and weight. In selected areas, MANERA also uses XTEND fleece lining to improve thermal insulation without making the wetsuit feel heavy like some traditional fleece linings can.
Another real advantage of XTEND fleece is its fast drying time. If you ride several days in a row or often put on a slightly damp wetsuit, this makes a noticeable difference in daily use.
Sealing and durability in key areas
The Classic 4.3 uses SD2 Tape only where it is truly needed - in the most critical areas such as around the knees and crotch. The tape is applied on the inside over the seams to improve waterproofness and durability without making the whole wetsuit unnecessarily stiff.
The panels are glued and blind-stitched, which means the needle does not pass all the way through the neoprene. This helps reduce water entry while preserving good flexibility.
Thought-out construction for regular sessions
MANERA pays close attention to seam placement and panel layout. In this wetsuit, seams are reduced in the areas most exposed to tension, friction and stretching. This gives you better comfort, less risk of irritation and improved durability during regular use.
Critical junctions are reinforced to help reduce the risk of leaks and premature wear. A useful detail is the Water Strainer, a perforated lower-leg panel that helps drain water out quickly if it gets inside the wetsuit.
