Who the MANERA X10D 5.4.3 is for
The MANERA X10D 5.4.3 is built for riders who expect a wetsuit to move naturally with the body during active sessions. This model works especially well when you want full freedom through pumping, turns and constant body movement without feeling restricted by the suit.
It is a strong choice for riders who regularly go out in colder water and do not want the wetsuit to limit shoulder, arm or upper-body mobility. In practice, the X10D delivers a more performance-focused feel than entry-level models, while still staying comfortable in everyday use.
Front zip and riding comfort
This version uses a front zip, which improves the fit of the back panel and helps keep the wetsuit better sealed around the back area. A front zip construction also gives the suit a more locked-in feel while riding, which is why many riders prefer it for a more performance-oriented fit and reduced water entry.
This layout works especially well with the overall flexibility of the wetsuit. The X10D is designed to move with your body rather than resist it.
Freedom of movement and light feel
The key characteristic of this model is mobility. MANERA uses Squareflex Jersey in the high-mobility zones, especially around the shoulders and arms. This allows the wetsuit to follow body movement more easily and makes it a very good option for dynamic riding.
Comfort also comes from the inner X10D fleece lining. It provides thermal insulation without the heavy or stiff feeling of traditional thick linings. The result is a wetsuit that feels light, flexible and comfortable even during longer sessions.
OCENA Foam - neoprene-free material
For the 2026 X10D range, MANERA uses OCENA, a neoprene-free bio-based foam. This material is made with natural rubber sourced from FSC-certified forests, combined with oyster shell powder and plant-based oils.
This is an important step for riders who care not only about performance, but also about a more responsible material approach. At the same time, MANERA keeps the focus on flexibility, durability and real on-water comfort. If you are looking for an alternative to more traditional neoprene-based construction, the X10D takes a very interesting direction.
3D fit and thoughtful construction
MANERA has long developed its wetsuits around a 3D design process. Instead of creating flat 2D panels first and then trying to adapt them to the body, the brand shapes the wetsuit around a 3D form and only then converts that into production panels.
This gives the wetsuit a closer fit, reduces empty spaces and improves comfort around the armpits and crotch. A good fit means not only more comfort, but also less water entry and more efficient material behavior while moving.
Sealing, durability and useful details
The construction uses SD2 Tape 2.0. The panels are glued and blind-stitched, then reinforced on the inside with tape welded by hot air. This improves seam sealing, durability and flexibility.
MANERA also adds practical details. The wetsuit features two key pockets with elastic attachment loops - one on the shin area and one inside the suit under the front zip. There is also a Water Strainer panel at calf height, designed to help drain water out of the leg quickly.
