Adaptive Shell concept
Manera Halo 2.0 Kite is a waist harness built around the patented Adaptive Shell technology. Its construction separates load management from body contact, allowing the harness to adapt naturally to the rider’s body and movements while remaining stable under high kite load.
This approach eliminates the traditional compromise between comfort and support, delivering consistent hold without restricting mobility.
Adaptive Skin and Hardshell
The Adaptive Skin is the flexible inner layer in direct contact with the body. Its role is to provide comfort and freedom of movement by adapting to different body shapes and riding positions.
Behind it sits the Hardshell, a rigid arc that does not deform under load. It is not in contact with the rider’s body and is responsible for handling mechanical forces from the kite, preventing side compression when riding powered.
Direct feel and reduced bulk
Thanks to the Adaptive Shell construction, the Halo 2.0 does not rely on thick foam padding. Instead, it uses ultra-thin neoprene foam, resulting in a more direct connection to the kite, reduced bulk around the waist and lower water absorption, keeping the harness lighter even when wet.
Durability and replaceable parts
All Halo 2.0 components are assembled without glue or stitched seams, making each part individually replaceable. This design increases product lifespan and reduces waste, as worn components do not require replacing the entire harness.
The ARC spreader bar, sliding rope and kite knife are included, and spare parts are available separately.
Fit options and safety
To better suit different body shapes, the Halo 2.0 is available in S+ and M+ sizes, which feature longer spreader bars for riders with wider hips or a more oval body shape at the same waist size.
The kite leash attachment point is positioned at the front of the harness for quick access in emergency situations and can be mounted on either side.
