A refined classic with Adaptive Shell

Manera Exo Kite is the evolution of one of Manera’s most established harness models. Experience gained during the development of the Eclipse allowed the Adaptive Shell technology to be applied to the Exo, improving back support, reducing weight and increasing overall durability.

The result is a harness that delivers solid support while remaining flexible and comfortable in motion.

Adaptive Shell with progressive stiffness

The Adaptive Shell used in the Exo features variable stiffness across the shell. The central area is stiffer, providing reliable lumbar support and preventing the harness from folding or compressing the body under load.

Toward the edges, the shell becomes more flexible, allowing the harness to adapt naturally to body movement and rider position.

Single Foam for lightness and durability

The inner structure of the harness is built using Single Foam, molded as a single piece. This construction reduces the number of glued or stitched parts, significantly improving durability.

Single Foam absorbs very little water, keeping the harness light and comfortable even after long sessions on the water.

Down Hold System for stable positioning

To prevent the harness from riding up during riding, Manera developed the Down Hold System. This asymmetrical attachment system distributes forces downward, keeping the hook securely in place throughout the session.
