A sustainable alternative without performance trade-offs
Manera Alt 4/3 FZ is a men’s wetsuit from the ALT line, created as a true alternative to classic neoprene wetsuits. The use of YULEX® natural rubber significantly reduces environmental impact while maintaining the comfort, durability and performance expected from high-end Manera wetsuits.
This model is aimed at riders who care about material origin and sustainability but still need a wetsuit suitable for regular, demanding sessions.
YULEX® material and Recycled Magma insulation
YULEX® is made from 100% natural rubber sourced from Hevea trees without cutting them down. In practice, it delivers stable thermal insulation, good flexibility and a much lower environmental footprint compared to standard neoprene.
The inside of the wetsuit is lined with Recycled Magma, a high-performance insulation material that provides excellent warmth, low weight and very fast drying. This makes the Alt 4/3 FZ suitable for long sessions in cold water and windy conditions.
Front Zip and 3D fit
The Front Zip entry system improves ease of use and enhances sealing around the chest area. Full 3D design allows the wetsuit to fit naturally to the body, eliminating unnecessary folds and pressure points.
A proper fit limits water entry and ensures the material stretches only where movement occurs.
Durability and panel layout
The wetsuit features Strategic Structure, meaning panels and seams are deliberately placed away from high-stress and high-friction zones. Seams are glued, blind-stitched and reinforced with SD2 Tape, increasing waterproofness, flexibility and overall lifespan.
Additional features such as Back Knee Emboss support natural knee flex and reduce wear in a critical movement area.
Water drainage and stability
The Water Strainer system allows water to drain quickly from the legs, preventing uncomfortable water buildup inside the wetsuit. Fusion Cut cuffs on the arms and legs reduce water entry and help prevent the material from rolling.
Optional Phantom Straps provide extra leg opening stability, particularly useful for kitesurfing.
