Efficient foil-specific profile
Skyblade uses a slim, efficient profile with a flatter front section.
This reduces aerodynamic resistance and suits the low angles of attack typical of high-performance foiling, helping the sail remain stable and efficient at high speed.
Carbon Batten System
The sail uses carbon tube battens to create a light and stiff framework.
Longer rod sections combined with rear-shifted carbon tube segments create a shallower profile in the front of the sail. This reduces aerodynamic resistance, helps maintain power in lighter wind and supports quicker, smoother cam rotation.
The construction also helps keep the profile stable as sailing speed and wind load increase.
TekCam 3
Skyblade uses the TekCam 3 system, which is 35% lighter according to the manufacturer.
