Single side fin
This product includes 1 side fin, not a pair.
Depending on the board setup, the fin is mounted on one side as an additional element for grip and control. If your board uses two side fins, you need 2 pieces of this product to complete the setup.
Extra grip in hard turns
JP-Australia Side Wave RTM works as a supplementary fin alongside the main fin or twin-fin setup.
Positioned closer to the rail, it helps guide the board and adds grip during hard bottom turns, top turns and other maneuvers performed with strong rail engagement.
Control when the board is heavily railed
During aggressive turns, the tail can partially lift out of the water. In these situations, the center fin or one of the twin fins may lose full contact with the water.
The side fin on the more submerged rail can remain engaged, helping maintain grip and control through the rest of the maneuver.
Balanced outline and straight race curve
Side Wave RTM features a balanced outline and a straight race curve.
This combination provides a more direct fin response and supports quick, radical direction changes in wave windsurfing.
Mini Tuttle
The fin is designed for Mini Tuttle (MT) fin boxes.
The manufacturer also specifies that the matching side-fin covers are made for the same Mini Tuttle standard.
