The Freestyle S-TEC is built for the most technical freestyle moves - fast, compact and extremely agile. It makes multiple rotations easier to control and helps riders execute modern power moves with precision. Despite its radical nature, the board remains stable and predictable, which supports progression on flat water as well as in small wind swell.

Construction

Thanks to the S-TEC construction, the board is 300 to 400 grams lighter than previous models. Reduced EVA, no paint and a refined lamination process significantly improve the board's pop and rotation response. Using higher-quality S-glass, Biax Carbon and UD Carbon enhances stiffness and durability, while the bottom laminate wrapping over the rails acts like an integrated stringer. The result is a board that is light, stiff and strong - exactly what freestyle riders require at the highest level.

Shape and details

A shorter outline reduces swing weight and increases responsiveness during take-off and spins. The rounder nose stabilizes switch stance riding and sliding moves. The tail balances volume and thinness, providing flotation when needed and easy tail-sinking for powerful pop. The bottom shape combines V and a soft tuck line in the front with a flat V and a pronounced tuck line in the tail, providing grip, forgiveness and a light, fast feel on the water.

On the water

The board planes early, making it easy to position yourself for a move and maintain speed before popping. In the air, the low weight makes rotations faster, higher and more controlled. Underfoot, it offers excellent stability, helping riders hold balance in both regular and switch stance. The Freestyle S-TEC accelerates quickly, feels lively and provides the instant response that modern freestyle demands.

Who it's for

Ideal for intermediate to advanced riders who want to push their freestyle skills to the next level. At the same time, the balanced, tolerant nature of the shape makes it suitable for riders learning their first advanced tricks.
