Inflatable board for wing foil and parawing
The F-ONE ROCKET AIR is designed for learning wing foiling, taking your first flights and riding with a parawing. A wide choice of sizes makes it possible to select the right board for lighter riders as well as users who need more volume and a stable platform for progression.
The range was developed in cooperation with schools, so each size is suited to different stages of learning and different applications. Smaller models are lighter and more compact in flight, while the larger versions provide more stability when standing up, getting started and learning to handle a wing.
Carbon plate with Twin-Tracks
A carbon plate with integrated Twin-Tracks is used in the foil mounting area. It increases stiffness around the connection between the board and foil, improving the transfer of pressure from your feet to the foil.
The foil can be moved forward or backward in the tracks, allowing you to adjust its position to your weight, skill level, foil model and conditions. Correct mast positioning helps maintain balance during take-off and provides more predictable control in flight.
Foot placement markings
Markings on the deck help you find the correct foot position. They make it easier to place your feet over the foil and maintain a consistent stance during repeated take-off attempts.
This is particularly useful during the learning stage, when the rider needs to control the board, foil and wing or parawing at the same time.
Dropstitch construction
The ROCKET AIR is built using Dropstitch technology. A dense network of threads connects the deck and hull, limiting deformation once the board is inflated. The construction can be inflated up to a maximum pressure of 21 PSI, providing firm support underfoot.
At the same time, the inflatable board remains softer than a composite construction, reducing the risk of painful impacts during falls. Its high volume improves stability before take-off and makes it easier to climb back onto the board after falling into the water.
Six sizes for different applications
The F-ONE ROCKET AIR is available in six sizes, with volumes ranging from 125 to 220 litres.
The 5’10 model measures 178 × 73 cm, has a volume of 125 litres and weighs approximately 7 kg. It is the smallest and most compact version in the range. It is best suited to lighter riders and users who already have basic foiling skills and want a smaller board.
The 6’6 model measures 193 × 76 cm, has a volume of 140 litres and weighs approximately 7.5 kg. It provides more volume than the 5’10 while remaining relatively short and easy to control in flight.
The 7’2 model measures 218 × 86 cm, has a volume of 190 litres and weighs approximately 8 kg. Its wide outline provides a stable platform for learning. The board is equipped with US Boxes and removable fins, allowing it to be used without a foil for learning how to handle a wing.
The 7’6 model measures 227 × 76 cm, has a volume of 168 litres and weighs approximately 8 kg. It features US Boxes with fins and a windfoil-compatible setup. Its narrower outline compared with the 7’2 may suit riders looking for a combination of volume, length and more efficient handling.
The 7’11 model measures 242 × 78 cm, has a volume of 185 litres and weighs approximately 8.5 kg. It can be used with a wing, parawing, foil or in a windfoil setup. US Boxes and removable fins also allow it to be ridden without a foil.
The largest 8’4 model measures 254 × 86 cm, has a volume of 220 litres and weighs approximately 9.5 kg. It is the most stable and highest-volume option in the range, making it suitable for heavier riders, beginners and schools. It is equipped with fins and is also compatible with windfoil use.
Riding without a foil
The 7’2, 7’6, 7’11 and 8’4 models are equipped with US Boxes and removable fins. In this configuration, they can be used as stable boards for learning how to handle a wing without a foil.
This allows riders to first practise power control, direction and tacking before progressing to foil take-offs. It is particularly useful for schools and riders starting from the basics.
Windfoil compatibility
The 7’6, 7’11 and 8’4 sizes are also designed for windfoil use. This means one board can be used with a wing, parawing or windsurf rig.
This increases the board’s range of use and can be a practical solution for riders who want to develop skills across several foiling disciplines without buying a separate board for each one.
Easy to transport and store
Once deflated, the ROCKET AIR takes up much less space than a hard composite board. It is easy to transport in a car, store at home or take on a trip.
Depending on the size, the boards weigh approximately 7 to 9.5 kg, making them easier to carry to the water and launch with a complete foil setup. The inflatable construction is particularly useful for riders with limited storage space.
Dropstitch construction note
A smaller or larger bulge may be visible on the hull around the inflation valve. This is a natural result of Dropstitch construction and the manufacturing process.
The bulge is not a defect and does not affect the board’s durability, safety or performance on the water.
