The ROCKET WING-S CARBON was designed for wingfoiling in waves and rougher water. It has a clearly surf-oriented character and performs best where flow, quick response, and the ability to link turns really matter. On the wave, it delivers a more direct feeling and encourages an active, committed style of riding.
Longer and narrower shape for better glide
For similar volume, the ROCKET WING-S CARBON is longer and narrower than more compact shapes. This outline improves glide before take-off, helps the board accelerate more easily, and makes it smoother to get up onto the foil. Most of the added length is concentrated in the rear section, improving acceleration and stability during take-off without reducing maneuverability.
Smoother pitch control
The elongated shape also gives the board more predictable behavior in the fore-aft axis. This makes it easier to control the flight and enter turns with more confidence. It is a valuable feature both for riders learning more intentional maneuvers and for advanced users who want to push harder through carving turns while staying fully in control.
Tapered tail for tighter turns
The board features a narrower outline and a more tapered round-pin tail. This rear shape supports more committed turns, improves maneuverability, and helps reduce touchdowns. In practice, the ROCKET WING-S CARBON holds its line better on the wave and transitions more smoothly from one carve to the next.
Carbon construction - low weight and quick response
The main difference compared to the standard version is the HD Foam Carbon Composite construction. The combination of high-density foam, fiberglass, and carbon fiber creates a board that is light, stiff, and durable. This construction improves the weight-to-strength ratio, increases resistance to heel pressure and everyday dings, and delivers a more immediate response to rider input on the water.
Recessed deck and a better connection with the setup
The recessed cockpit-style deck keeps the required volume without raising the rider too much above the foil. This lower stance creates a more direct connection with the setup and gives more precise control. It helps during take-offs and remains noticeable once flying, when clean handling becomes even more important.
Proven bottom shape for quick launches
The bottom uses the proven features of the previous generation: double concave, beveled rails, and a pronounced step near the tail. This setup helps the board build speed quickly, lift off efficiently, and stay balanced during acceleration. Once flying, the board still feels free and does not restrict the rider’s movements.
Better connection to the foil
The Carbon Twin-Tracks not only follow the 90 mm industry standard, but also improve the connection between the board and the foil. In practice, this means more direct feedback, better pumping response, and greater precision in maneuvers. More advanced riders will clearly feel the difference in control and responsiveness across the whole setup.
Foil setup adjustment
The Carbon Twin-Tracks are compatible with foils using a four-bolt top plate. The tracks are slightly longer than standard, giving more room to adjust foil placement and fine-tune the board’s balance to match personal preference and riding style.
