The UHM Carbon Mast 12 was developed for riders who want to get the maximum possible speed, glide, and efficiency out of their foil setup. It is aimed at riders pushing harder in downwind, wingfoiling, kitefoiling, and more performance-oriented freeride - anywhere low drag and quick acceleration really matter. This is gear for demanding users who expect top-level stiffness, very direct response, and a clearly more high-performance character than standard masts.

12 mm profile, maximum glide, and speed

The key feature of this model is its ultra-thin 12 mm profile. The mast is slightly wider and thicker near the top, then narrows down lower, which helps reduce drag even more effectively. On the water, this translates into excellent glide, easier acceleration, and better speed retention at higher pace. This kind of mast helps you go faster on downwind runs, generate more pop for tricks, and make better use of the full potential of fast wingfoiling and kitefoiling.

UHM construction, SPINE, and precise control

A key role is played here by the Ultra High Modulus carbon layup, developed specifically for this mast. As a result, the model is around 25% stiffer in bending than the HM Carbon Mast 14, which delivers even more direct response and a higher level of control. The one-piece pre-preg carbon construction, molded in a single shot, works together with the optimized SPINE structure to improve stiffness, efficiency, and stability, especially through turns. The whole build is also refined through Dynamic Structural Design, meaning the carbon layup has been very carefully tuned for this mast’s intended performance program.

TITAN 2 connection and new top plate

The UHM Carbon Mast 12 uses the TITAN 2 system, which improves stiffness, efficiency, and confidence at the connection between the mast and front wing. In practice, this means a more direct feel underfoot, better energy transfer, and even better use of glide thanks to reduced losses. The mast also features a new top plate compatible with lockable T-nuts and the Quick-Attach system, making assembly faster and easier. Thanks to its Twin-Tracks compatibility, it can be mounted on virtually all modern foil boards on the market.
