Who this mast is for

The Carbon Mast 16 is designed for riders who expect fast response, high stiffness, and very precise handling from their foil setup. It performs well across different disciplines, from wingfoiling to surf foiling, and its character will be appreciated especially by riders looking for a more direct connection between board and foil. F-ONE offers it in 80 and 85 cm lengths. The 80 cm version has been specifically refined for surf foiling, offering better pumping, fewer tip breaches, and very precise maneuverability.

16 mm profile and very direct feel

The 16 mm profile has been developed as a balance between stiffness and glide. This thickness makes the mast naturally very stiff and highly effective at transferring rider input without delay. On the water, this means immediate foil response to every movement, more precise turns, and clearer feedback underfoot. At the same time, drag remains low enough to support easier take-offs and smooth, efficient riding.

Full Monobloc construction and TITAN 2 connection

The one-piece Full Monobloc construction clearly increases the stiffness of the whole setup and helps reduce energy loss and unwanted micro-movements. As a result, the connection between board and foil feels more solid, and the mast delivers cleaner, more predictable behavior on the water. Another key element is the new TITAN 2 mast foot, which improves efficiency, stiffness, and confidence in the connection with F-ONE front wings using this system. In practice, this means better pumping, a more direct feel, and greater precision throughout the setup.

Advanced carbon construction and user-friendly setup

The mast is built in carbon pre-preg and molded in a single shot, which helps achieve very good consistency, high strength, and low weight. The internal SPINE structure improves stiffness and control while riding, while the specific fiber orientation - lengthwise and at angle - helps balance bending and torsional stiffness. F-ONE also uses Dynamic Structural Design here, meaning a carefully tuned layup matched to the mast’s intended use. The package is completed by a new top plate compatible with lockable T-nuts and the Quick-Attach system, making assembly faster and easier.
