Stiffness and direct foil feedback

The Carbon Mast 16 has been designed to achieve the ideal balance between rigidity and hydrodynamic efficiency. Its 16 mm profile provides outstanding stiffness while keeping drag to a minimum. Every steering input is transmitted instantly to the foil, delivering a very direct and precise riding feel.

Full Monobloc construction

The mast is built as a single piece with an integrated top plate and a TITAN mast foot. This Full Monobloc construction eliminates play, maximizes overall rigidity, and reduces hydrodynamic drag. The result is easier take-offs, smoother glide, and a strong, direct connection between board and foil.

Pre-preg carbon and SPINE technology

Manufactured using pre-preg carbon, the mast is molded and cured in a single process. The internal SPINE structure ensures maximum rigidity and control while riding. Carbon fibers are laid at 0° along the mast for optimal bending stiffness and around 45° for torsional stiffness. This specific layup provides excellent stability, comfort, and precision even at high speeds.

Compatibility and modular system

The Carbon Mast 16 is compatible with virtually all boards featuring a Twin-Tracks system. It accepts all F-ONE wings and fuselages equipped with the TITAN connection, allowing easy integration into a wide range of foil setups.

Sizes and intended use

The mast is available in 80 cm and 85 cm:

• 80 cm – developed specifically for surf foiling, offering improved pumping and reducing unwanted wingtip breaches in waves
• 85 cm – a versatile choice for wingfoiling, freeride, and higher-speed riding

The Carbon Mast 16 is suitable for all foiling disciplines, delivering smooth turns, efficient pumping, and top-level control in all conditions.
