Complete F-ONE mast set

This product includes the F-ONE aluminum mast, Top Plate for Twin-Tracks boards, and TITAN mast foot, creating a ready-to-use base for a fully compatible F-ONE foil setup.

One mast for every foiling discipline

The F-ONE Alu Mast is designed as a true all-round solution for kite foil, wing foil, surf foil, SUP foil, and windfoil. One single platform lets riders progress across multiple disciplines without changing their entire setup.

Precision-extruded aluminum profile

Manufactured from a precision-extruded 6063 aluminum profile, the mast shape benefits from F-ONE’s extensive foiling experience. The profile ensures efficient glide, stability, and control, while maintaining low weight and excellent structural strength.

High rigidity and predictable handling

Thanks to its homogeneous material structure and optimized section shape, the mast offers high torsional and bending stiffness. This results in stable behavior at speed, precise foil control, and confidence during maneuvers.

Top Plate - solid board connection

The included Top Plate is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and mounted to the mast using a sleeve and a two-bolt system, ensuring perfect connection geometry. The 160×90 mm bolt pattern, with an additional 165×90 mm option, makes it compatible with boards featuring the Twin-Tracks system.

TITAN mast foot - direct foil connection

The TITAN mast foot, CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and fully anodized, connects the mast to all F-ONE TITAN fuselages and wings. It is installed at the bottom of the mast using two M6x25 mm tapered head screws, providing a stiff, precise, and reliable connection.

Modular construction and easy length changes

Stainless steel helicoil inserts at the top and bottom of the mast ensure strong and precise connections with the Top Plate and TITAN mast foot. Available in 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, and 95 cm, the Alu Mast allows easy adaptation to rider level, conditions, and discipline.

Corrosion protection and long-term durability

All components are fully anodized, and contact zones between aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel are carefully isolated against galvanic corrosion. Stainless steel inserts are installed with insulating gel, significantly extending the lifespan of the mast and the entire foil system.
