A waist leash that stays out of the way
The FBC Foil Board Waist Leash V2 Pro+ is designed for riders who prefer to keep the leash away from their feet and deck area. Worn around the waist, it gives you more freedom when moving around the board and keeps the setup cleaner than a traditional ankle leash. That is especially useful in wing foiling and on longer boards, where a standard leash can sometimes get more in the way.

New quick release for added safety
For the V2 Pro+ version, FBC added a new “ditch all” quick-release buckle that allows you to disconnect from the board with one short pull. This is an important upgrade from a safety point of view, especially in more critical situations near the shore, in shorebreak, or anytime you need to get out of the whole system quickly.
The idea is simple: fast release, easy handling, and dependable function when it matters.
Comfortable belt with a wide adjustment range
The waist belt uses 4 mm neoprene padding, which helps it sit comfortably during longer sessions without feeling harsh or restrictive. FBC designed it to be both comfortable and durable, with a wide adjustment range to fit different body shapes. A large loop at the end of the belt fastener makes it easy to put on and take off without hassle.
It is a small detail, but one that makes everyday use quicker and easier.
Thought-out design for different riders
This model also includes an additional Dyneema loop on the hip. It can be used as an alternative buckle point for smaller waists, or as an attachment point for a wing leash. That makes the whole system more versatile and easier to adapt to different setups and rider preferences.
It is a simple functional detail that adds real usability without overcomplicating the design.
Strong coiled leash for foil boards
The system comes with an 8 ft, 7 mm thick coiled leash fitted with swivels at both ends. This gives the leash the strength and flexibility needed for wipeouts while helping it stay practical during normal riding. The length is well suited to foil boards, especially mid-length and downwind boards, where a little extra leash length is important.
It is long enough to work properly, while still helping reduce the chance of getting caught under your feet or dragging unnecessarily in the water.
Durable materials for regular use
Instead of using a standard plastic buckle, FBC uses a Dyneema buckle protected by a urethane cover. This is a stronger and more durable solution for repeated use in demanding water conditions. The full setup is built to handle regular sessions and the kind of wear that comes with serious foil use.
