World Cup wave board for powerful ground swell
Cosmic (3) D/LAB is designed for riders who prefer a committed, aggressive riding style and highly vertical turns on fast, powerful waves. It is focused on ground swell, windy Euro waves, down-the-line riding, and jumping.
The increased nose rocker allows the rider to push harder through turns and helps the board cross heavy white water more cleanly. At high speed, the board is designed to maintain control and grip when heavily loaded on the rail.
Tri-fin setup and refined 2027 geometry
The 2027 version receives new asymmetric side fins that increase drive and grip out of turns.
A refined tail outline delivers faster response and more grip, while the updated tuck line in the mid-front section improves acceleration and control from the bottom turn through to the exit.
Bottom shape for high-speed control
A flat double concave under the feet transitions into mono concave toward the tail. This geometry is developed to maintain control even at very high speed.
Cosmic (3) D/LAB has a distinctly performance-oriented character – the harder the rider commits to the rail, the more grip can be used through the carve.
FULL CUSTOM D/LAB
Each board is individually CNC-shaped and handcrafted using FULL CUSTOM D/LAB technology. The construction uses a high-end layup, while the production process is intended to reproduce rocker, flex, and the position of components such as fin boxes and the mast track with high precision.
The refined 2027 layup reduces weight by approximately 100–200 g depending on board length.
Precise design and production
AI_BOARD_3D uses mathematical data-driven input for shape development and enables complex design solutions such as Synced Curves Concept.
Prototypes are produced in the same factory using the same process and materials as production boards to maintain consistency in weight, flex, and overall riding characteristics.
Customized and Made to Order
Every Cosmic (3) D/LAB Customized is individually produced after the order is placed and receives its own unique serial number. The rider can also select an individual color scheme.
The stated maximum delivery time is up to 18 weeks.
