World Cup wave board for powerful conditions
Cosmic (4) D/LAB is focused on ground swell and windy European-style wave conditions. Increased nose rocker, a narrower nose, and a narrower tail provide greater control during fast bottom turns and committed rail-to-rail riding.
The Quad setup delivers strong grip and drive in side and side-off conditions and in strong current. The board is not designed for typical onshore conditions.
Synced Curves Concept and 3-Stage Rocker
Synced Curves Concept coordinates rocker, outline, and rail curvature. Around the mast track, increased curvature helps draw the board into the bottom turn, while behind the rear footstrap the curves tighten again for a faster and more explosive top turn.
The 3-Stage Rocker combines a stable mid section with increased nose rocker and a progressive Kickstarter Tail. This geometry supports precise water release, back-foot acceleration, and tight top turns.
Refined 2027 shape
For 2027, the board receives new asymmetric side fins for increased drive and grip. A refined layup reduces weight by 100–200 g depending on board length, while additional nose rocker improves control when crossing heavy white water.
A refined tail outline sharpens turning response and grip, while the revised tuck line in the mid-front section improves acceleration and control from turn entry through exit.
Bottom and outline for fast ground swell
The front section uses a V double concave bottom that transitions into a flatter double concave underfoot and then into mono concave toward the tail.
The narrower nose improves control during fast bottom turns on larger waves, while the narrower tail supports control and grip in powerful, faster ground swell.
FULL CUSTOM D/LAB Customized
Each board is made to order, CNC-shaped, and handcrafted using FULL CUSTOM D/LAB technology. Prototypes and production boards are manufactured using the same process and materials to maintain consistent weight, flex, and riding characteristics.
The rider chooses the size and color scheme, while every board receives an individual serial number.
Cosmic (4) D/LAB Customized is available from 53 to 106 litres and includes a matching custom fin set.
The stated maximum delivery time is 18 weeks.
