Sail character

S_Pace is aimed at riders looking for high performance without the extreme specialization of full race sails. It offers a very wide range of use, combining strong freerace acceleration with a sailing feel close to the WARP when trimmed for top-end performance. The sail’s character changes clearly depending on the trim setting.

Construction and profile

The core of the S_Pace is the 3 IN 1 DESIGN concept, which allows a real transformation of the sail through downhaul adjustment. A more upright and straighter luff curve in the upper section means that changes in luff tension have a direct and noticeable effect on leech twist. Lower downhaul tension keeps the leech tight, while higher tension opens it significantly.

On the water

On the MIN trim setting with a tighter leech, S_Pace responds extremely well to pumping and accelerates efficiently. On the MAX trim setting, it behaves much closer to a WARP, continuing to build speed smoothly with excellent control in stronger winds. This makes it possible to adapt the sail precisely to conditions and sailing style.

Details and rotation

HYPER CAMS 2.0 with adjustable length allow fine-tuning between maximum performance and smooth rotation, even under full sail tension. The AERO SLEEVE DESIGN 2.0 features a wider section in the boom area for improved aerodynamic transition, while remaining narrower toward the head to enable easier waterstarts. An increased cutaway clew further improves handling and cam rotation.
