Developed as a true World Cup board, it is built for riders who demand full control, reliable grip on steep waves, and direct responsiveness at high speeds. The quad-fin setup provides unmatched hold in long down-the-line turns and stability in powerful conditions, while still allowing dynamic and aggressive moves.

Its slightly wider platform delivers stability and flotation comparable to a board 5 liters bigger, making it easier to get going and pass through white water. At the same time, the increased outline curve allows it to turn as tight and radical as a board 5 liters smaller. The segmented 3-stage rocker supports smooth and powerful bottom turns off the front foot and snappy top turns off the back foot, with a progressive tail kick that accelerates instantly and allows maximum release.

The Synced Curves Concept aligns outline, rocker and rails, giving the Ultra Grip a natural and predictable feel in every maneuver. Designed specifically for ground swell and open-ocean waves, it shines in locations like Maui, Cabo Verde, Mauritius, South Africa or Ireland – where the standard Grip (Tri) may feel too versatile.
