Biax Carbon and Textreme Innegra – reactive Flex Pattern

The SLS construction combines Biax Carbon with Textreme Innegra to create a highly reactive yet controlled Flex Pattern. The board loads energy efficiently under pressure and releases it quickly at take-off, providing crisp, repeatable pop for powered boosts and loops.

Lightweight Innegra fibres also improve vibration damping. The board rides more smoothly through chop, helping maintain precise edge control during fast approaches while reducing impact transferred to the knees and back.

Suspension Flex Cap – Reverse Flex control

Suspension Flex Cap creates a very stiff center section while maintaining high torsional stiffness through a reinforced frame in the tips. The construction nearly eliminates Reverse Flex during landings and improves direct power transfer.

The flatter center section also allows boots to sit more level on the board. This adds control during extreme edging and helps keep the board stable during heavy touchdowns.

Hard Flex – aggressive response and powerful pop

Hard Flex provides the most aggressive flex characteristics in the range. The increased stiffness supports dynamic take-offs and gives the rider precise control when the board is heavily loaded.

This is especially important during vertical take-offs and hard landings, where the board needs to stay stable and react immediately to rider input.

Angled Fins and Angled Rails – secure hold under heavy load

Angled Fins increase grip and directional control during aggressive edging. They help keep the board locked on its line during hard load-ups, when forces are at their highest before take-off.

Angled Rails further improve edge hold, upwind efficiency, and pop responsiveness. Together, these features create a stable platform for powerful Big Air take-offs in demanding kiteboarding conditions.

Double Diffusor Bottom – stability on landings

The Double Diffusor Bottom uses a dedicated tip geometry designed to maintain control in rough water and during hard landings. The shape helps absorb impact energy and stabilize the board on touchdown.

This allows riders to land bigger jumps and more demanding tricks with greater control while reducing harsh reactions when the board reconnects with the water.

Double Concave Bottom – grip and control in chop

The Double Concave Bottom channels water along two concave lines, increasing grip, stability, and pop. The shape supports smooth planing, precise control, and responsive turning.

The bottom design also helps maintain control after hard landings and in rough water, complementing the aggressive performance character of the TS Big Air SLS.
