FLITE99 2.0 and 2.0+ Lines
The Trust Bar has long been one of Duotone’s most versatile and user-friendly control bars. It has been upgraded with FLITE99 2.0+ front lines (1.5 mm) and FLITE99 2.0 back lines (1.3 mm), together with a monofilament coating designed to reduce friction and wear. As a result, the lines are more durable, less prone to tangling and contribute to smoother kite control.
Iron Heart VI Click-In
At the heart of the system is the Iron Heart VI Click-In quick release. It can be reassembled as easily as fastening a seat belt, while a green indicator clearly confirms that the system is correctly locked. The integrated swivel automatically untwists the lines after rotations, helping keep the setup organized.
Smooth and Precise Depower System
Another key feature is the unique depower system based on a DPL24 line with a 24-mesh Dyneema construction. It reduces wear, provides smooth depower adjustment and gives a secure, direct feel in the hands. The bar also comes with a bungee safety line and Vario Cleat with clip, allowing excess line to be stored neatly. This solution is particularly useful for shorter riders who may otherwise struggle to reach a conventional cleat.
Adjustable Bar Width and Line Length
The Trust Bar is highly versatile, offering adjustment of both line length and bar width to suit different riding styles and kite sizes. Thanks to the optional low-V position, it can be used not only with Duotone kites, but also with most models from other brands.
Refined Construction Details
The design also includes minimalist pigtails with sleeving only where needed, a metal V-distributor for easier installation and removal, a suicide ring for advanced riders and an ergonomic grip made with 20% BLOOM material derived from algae.
Choose the Right Chicken Loop
The bar is sold without a chicken loop, allowing each rider to choose the setup that best matches their needs:
Freeride Kit – small chicken loop and short leash
Rope Harness Kit – reinforced chicken loop for rope harnesses and short leash
Combi Kit – freestyle chicken loop and short leash
Freestyle Kit – larger chicken loop and long leash
Wakestyle Kit – largest chicken loop and long leash
