Penta TX – a more direct airframe

Penta TX is used in the Leading Edge and center strut, replacing standard Dacron. The material offers five times higher tear resistance, 50% less elongation and contributes to a 15% reduction in overall weight.

Reduced elongation increases structural stiffness, especially noticeable in stronger wind. The kite deforms less under load, resulting in more precise timing when edging, releasing the edge and applying steering input.

Direct and intuitive steering

The revised strut layout and refined load distribution create balanced handling. Dice SLS reacts quickly to bar input without becoming nervous, helping it stay predictable during powered riding and technical manoeuvres.

The increased structural stiffness supports precise kite control during Freestyle, loops and fast transitions between manoeuvres.

Stable drift and Wave performance

Dice SLS is not limited to Freestyle. Reduced canopy movement and optimized tension distribution help maintain stability when the rider moves towards the kite and line tension drops.

Reliable drift makes down-the-line riding and Strapless sessions more natural, while precise steering helps keep the kite exactly where needed relative to the wave.

Smooth power delivery and kite loops

Optimized force transfer provides even and predictable pull during loops, transitions and powered riding. Dice SLS remains composed even when ridden aggressively, allowing the rider to control power more precisely.

Higher inflation pressure further supports structural stiffness. Sizes up to and including 10 m² should be inflated to 9 PSI, while sizes 11 m² and larger should be inflated to 8 PSI.

Refined canopy construction

MOD 3S improves canopy strength and stability. The material offers three times higher tear resistance and significantly less stretch compared to previous generations, helping the kite maintain a stable profile in demanding conditions.

TRINITY TX uses a 3x2 yarn configuration developed to combine durability with dynamic canopy performance.

Single Stitch Trailing Edge reduces weight and flutter at the trailing edge while supporting durability and a cleaner aerodynamic profile.
