Impact vest for wingfoiling and foiling

Dakine Shock Wing Vest is a neoprene impact vest designed for wingfoiling and other foiling disciplines. It adds torso protection during falls and contact with your gear, while staying flexible enough for pumping the wing, shifting body position and moving freely on the board.

The vest is CE 50 certified, which means it is designed as a buoyancy aid for users who can swim. It is not USCG approved and should not be treated as a classic life jacket.

Protection with freedom of movement

The vest uses 1" [2.5 cm] closed-cell foam padding, which helps absorb impacts and adds support on the water. The closed-cell structure does not soak up water as easily as standard foam, making it suitable for active foiling sessions.

The super-stretch construction follows your body movement and keeps your shoulders and torso free. This matters in wingfoiling, where you regularly pump the wing, adjust your angle to the wind and use body balance when taking off onto the foil.

Compatible with a wing harness hook

Dakine Shock Wing Vest is compatible with a hanger wing harness hook, so it works well for riders using a harness line with their wing. This makes it a practical option for more technical riding, longer reaches and sessions where you want to reduce arm fatigue.
