Vert-X Bridle - two setup options

One of the key elements of the new design is the Vert-X Bridle. It has been engineered to work properly with both High-V and Low-V setups. This gives you more flexibility and allows you to match the kite’s feel to your preferences and to the bar you use.

Depending on the setup, you can get a crisper, more immediate response or a smoother, more progressive power delivery. Importantly, both options maintain a high level of control and stability.

Light construction and fast response

Moto_X Apex is based on a 3-strut hybrid construction with a moderate aspect ratio. The use of Aluula in the struts increases stiffness while helping reduce the overall weight of the kite. This matters especially when you want faster steering and clearer feedback from the kite.

The reduced diameter HT140 leading edge lowers weight, improves aerodynamic efficiency and speeds up turning. Combined with reactive wing tips and a 7-point precision bridle, it creates a very quick and dynamic feel.

Smooth power delivery and good efficiency

This model is not only about fast response, but also about efficient performance throughout the wind window. The profile has been developed so the Moto_X Apex moves quickly through the window, generates power efficiently and stays smooth during transitions and maneuvers.

The swept wing tip design also plays an important role by reducing drag and improving the use of the canopy area. The higher aspect design further supports efficiency, upwind performance and longer hang time on jumps.

Durability and refined details

The canopy is made from Teijin D2 Ripstop, a material that combines low weight with strong durability for regular use. Cabrinha has also refined the airframe details and the production process to improve consistency, structural precision and long-term reliability.
