Comfortable cuff and secure closure
The cuff is built around a 35 mm webbing strap wrapped in premium 4 mm neoprene. This gives it a light, comfortable feel on the wrist while still making it durable enough for repeated use. A large release loop makes the leash easy to put on and take off, while the additional Velcro locking tab helps prevent accidental release during a session.
These are simple details, but they make a real difference in daily use.
Dyneema leash with refined construction
The leash itself is made from Dyneema and treated with FBC’s Dyneema Defender finish, which helps prevent it from sticking to Velcro and other materials. FBC also uses a strong Brummell splice construction, backed up with stitching and a protective cover. This gives the leash a very high level of durability and reliability for repeated use.
Inside, there is also a shock-absorbing elastic core that helps smooth out sudden loads during wipeouts and hard pulls.
Anti-twist swivel for smoother use
One of the V2 updates is a solid swivel with a neoprene sleeve. Its job is to reduce twisting while riding, so the Dyneema leash stays cleaner and works more smoothly through turns, transitions, and more dynamic movements.
It is a small upgrade, but one that improves the overall feel and function of the leash during a session.
Double safety attachment
One of the key features of this model is its double attachment system. The leash connects both to the leading edge lashing point and to the leading edge handle. If one connection point fails during a heavy wipeout, the second one still keeps the wing attached to you.

Versatile setup options
The leash can be worn on either the right or left wrist, depending on your preference. FBC also designed the cuff so it can be mounted around the board waist leash belt, giving you more flexibility when setting up your gear.
