Terms and conditions of the "Spring clearance"

1. The "Spring clearance" ("Promotion") is organized by EASY SURF Bartosz Grzesiek, ul. Św. Michała 100, 61-005, Poznań, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7821239556, Business Registry No. (REGON): 631147690 („Organizer”). The business activity is registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) kept by the Minister competent for economy.
2. The Promotion is conducted at Organizer's online store available at https://easy-surfshop.com ("Organizer's Store"). Persons who have met the conditions of participation in the Promotion specified in these Terms and Conditions may participate in the Promotion. Such individuals, upon meeting the requirements, become participants in the Promotion ("Promotion Participants").
3. The promotion runs from March 3, 2023 and ends in April 4th, 2023 at 12:00 pm.
4. During the Promotion, the Participant may get a 10% price discount on products available in the Organizer's Store. The size of the discount depends on the amount spent on the products. The products covered by the Promotion are hereinafter referred to as the "Products".
5. Discounts are added when the amounts in the shopping cart exceed the amounts specified below for the Products:
   250 € - 3% discount
   500 € - 5% discount
   1500 € - 7% discount
   2500 € - 10% discount
   4900 € - 12% discount
6. Shipping costs are not included in the amount from which the discount is calculated.
7. The discount is calculated automatically.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to change the amount of discounts and thresholds from which they are calculated at any time during the Promotion period.
9. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge. It means that the purchase of the Products under the Promotion does not require the Promotion Participant to incur any additional costs other than the price for the Products and any costs selected by the Promotion Participant, such as delivery costs.
10. The discount is not exchangeable for any means of payment and is not redeemable for cash.
11. During the Promotion, once an order has been placed, it is not possible to edit it or combine several orders into one. If you wish to edit your order, you must cancel the order and place a correct order again.
12. If an order is placed for a product(s) that is available from an external warehouse, the order will only be sent once the Organizer has received it. This also applies to orders that contain products that are available from the Organizer's warehouse.
13. During the Promotion, once an order has been placed, it is not possible to edit it or combine several orders into one. If you wish to edit your order, you must cancel the order and place a correct order again.
14. If an order is placed for product(s) from these manufacturers: TORQ, Bubble Gum, Greenfix, ROAM, Futures, Solarez, the goods will be shipped after April 7th. These products are marked in the product card with the message: "This product can be shipped after April 7th" or "Variants of this product, that are not available in our warehouse, can be shipped after April 7th.". If the cart contains products of the listed manufacturers, and other(s) that are available in the Organizer's warehouse, shipment of goods will also take place after April 7th.
15. The basic prices of products, are separate from promotions and updated on a regular basis: they are not permanent during the promotional period.
16. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes that are valid in the Organizer's store, unless their regulations state otherwise.
17. Promotion Participants may submit complaints regarding the Promotion to the Organizer's registered office address, or by e-mail to info@easy-surfshop.com. Complaints should be reported within 14 days of the occurrence of reasons justifying the complaint.
18. In order to accelerate the handling of the Complaint, provide the name of the Promotion Participant and contact details (e.g. e-mail address or telephone number) as well as the description of reasons justifying the Complaint.
19. We shall respond to your claim immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
20. Complaints shall be considered by the Organizer, in particular considering the provisions of these Regulations.
21. These Terms and Conditions may be amended only for an important reason which shall be: a. a change of the law regulating the terms, conditions and organisation of the Promotion, b. a change of the way the Promotion is run due to technical or technological reasons; c. a change of the scope or provision of services which these Terms and Conditions apply to, through the introduction of new, modification or withdrawal by the Organizer of the current functionalities or services covered by these Terms and Conditions.
22. In the case of amendments to these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall make available the consolidated text of these T&Cs by sharing them on https://easy-surfshop.com.
23. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the time they are expressly indicated and posted at the above address.
