He's been riding for as long as he can remember – water sports are a family tradition that began with his father. Michał started out competing in Optimist and Laser classes, where he gained a strong foundation in sailing theory and competitive racing. Today, he's a certified PSW instructor, working with Poznań-based Winner – the same place where he first stepped onto a windsurf board.
A few years ago, he tried wingfoiling for the first time… and instantly got hooked! Thanks to his sailing background, strong board control, and a huge desire to learn, he quickly reached an advanced level in this new sport. In 2024, he made his WingRace competition debut and immediately landed on the podium, winning one of the Polish Cup stops in the U19 category.
Wingfoil is his ultimate passion – he spends every spare moment on the water, refining maneuvers, speed, and precision. The rapid evolution of the discipline keeps pushing him to train harder and explore new limits. Michał is constantly working on becoming faster, stronger, and more conscious as an athlete.
You’ll most often find him on a JP-Australia board paired with a NeilPryde wing – a combo that gives him total control and pure joy in every session. As part of the EASY-surfshop team, Michał represents a new generation of riders who not only push their athletic limits, but also spread the stoke for wind and wing!
