Good testing practice

• Try to test one element at a time – just the board or just the wing, for example. You'll feel the difference between models much more clearly.
• Don't overstay your session – a standard session is 60 minutes. Keeping to time means more people get a turn, including you again.
• Not sure what to pick? Ask us. We're here to advise and match the gear to your level and needs.
• Report any damage straight away – it helps us fix the issue quickly and get the gear back on the water.
• Bring your own wetsuit and harness. The center does not provide water wear or accessories.

Test rules

1. Organiser
   1. The organiser of the test sessions is EASY SURF Bartosz Grzesiek, ul. św. Michała 100, 61-005 Poznań, Poland, VAT no.: 7822377686.
2. Participation
   1. A test session lasts 60 minutes and is free of charge. Beyond this time, a rental fee applies for each commenced hour:
      1. Wing Foil set (board + wing + foil) - 170 PLN/h
      2. Single element (board or wing or foil) - 90 PLN/h
   2. Participation requires prior registration via the online form, acceptance of these rules, and booking a session time by phone with the Mysza Surf office (tel. +48 61 641 70 22). The form does not reserve a time slot.
   3. Test sessions are open to adults. Minors may participate only with written consent from a legal guardian, submitted to the center staff before the session begins.
   4. By registering, the participant declares that they have the skills necessary to use wing foil equipment independently.
   5. Before equipment is issued, the participant is required to present a valid photo ID (national identity card or passport) to center staff for identity verification. Refusal to present ID is grounds for refusing to issue equipment.
3. Use of equipment
   1. Equipment is made available for 60 minutes. Extending the session requires prior agreement with center staff and is subject to the fee set out in section 2.1.
   2. Equipment must be returned on time and free of damage beyond normal signs of use.
   3. The participant is required to use the equipment in accordance with its intended purpose and in conditions appropriate to their skill level.
   4. Any damage, malfunction or loss of equipment must be reported to center staff immediately.
   5. Equipment must remain within the test center area. It may not be taken outside the designated zone without the consent of center staff.
4. Liability
   1. The participant is responsible for the equipment from the moment of collection until its return.
   2. In the event of damage, loss or theft, EASY-surfshop may charge the participant for the cost of repair or replacement, based on the current market value of the equipment.
   3. The participant is liable for any damage resulting from use of the equipment contrary to its intended purpose.
   4. EASY-surfshop bears no responsibility for accidents resulting from adverse weather conditions or the participant exceeding their own skill level. Participation is at the participant's own risk and they acknowledge the inherent risks of watersports.
   5. The organiser does not provide lifeguard supervision during test sessions.
5. General
   1. The organiser reserves the right to refuse to issue equipment without giving a reason, in particular where doubts arise regarding the participant's skills or condition.
   2. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances posing a safety risk, the organiser may suspend test sessions.
   3. The organiser reserves the right to document test sessions through photography and video for marketing purposes. The participant consents to this by accepting these rules.
