Select was founded in 1985 by Stephane Mocher. In order to produce good fins, it takes properly trained technicians, testers and a perfect organization to handle test campaigns. More than 400 prototype fins are created each year, in close cooperation with top board manufacturers. The research and development centers are located in the Netherlands and France. Select fins are molded in special metal molds using materials used in the aerospace industry.
A variety of Slalom and Race models are available to meet the needs of all riders. We have a dedicated lightwind and speed fins. Of course Select offers modern anti-grasses, freestyle fins, bump&jump/freeride and wave (single/thruster/quad). Fins are available in box versions to fit different boards (power-box, tuttle-box, deep-tuttle box, us-box, slot-box, trim-box).
