We would like to deliver your orders on time and save everybody a hassle. Therefore, we ask you to pay attention to the following points:

Delivery address

You should give us a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the receipt of the package. The best one is your workplace address cause delivery service prefers office hours. If nobody can be at your home and you can't accept the delivery at your workplace, try with your neighbors’ home.


It is your responsibility that your name or number is clearly visible on your house door. This is to help the FedEx / TNT / Kuehne+Nagel find your address. In case no one is present at the delivery address, will undertake 2 more attempts. It may also happen that the package will be left at the shipping company pickup point, closest to you.

Tracking number

We recommend you to use FedEx tracking system. You can easily find it here:
Here you have the overview of when your packagewould be delivered, or of any problems along the way.
Our system should send you all info, including the Tracking number, on the day it is first sent.
In case you missed our e-mail, you can always check the Tracking number at your account profile when logged in with our e-shop.

Telephone contact

When registering with our e-shop, please make sure you give us your proper phone number. It is helpful for the delivery service to contact you if there’s a problem with the delivery, or if they cannot find your address.

Accepting the delivery

Please check your products immediately after receiving the delivery to make sure they haven’t been damaged in transport. If any damage is visible upon arrival, you have the right to refuse and ask to have it returned to us. If you do not notice the damage when you first open the parcel, please contact us immediately through Live Chat or by email.
