Right of Withdrawal & Extended Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days - Legal Right)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear declaration (e.g., via letter or email). You may use our pre-defined online withdrawal form.

2. Extended Return Policy (30 Days - Store Policy)

In addition to your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, EASY-surfshop offers a voluntary 30-day return policy. This allows you to return goods up to 30 days after receiving them, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in suitable packaging to ensure protection during transit.
• All tags, labels, and accessories are included.

This extended return policy is an extra service and does not limit your statutory rights under the legal 14-day withdrawal period. If the return is initiated after 14 days but within 30 days, we may issue a refund in the form of store credit instead of a cash refund, depending on the product category and condition.

4. Effects of Withdrawal & Returns

If you withdraw from this contract within the legal 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for premium delivery options), within 14 days from the day we receive your return or proof of shipment. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.

If you return goods under our 30-day extended return policy, the refund conditions depend on the item's condition and category. In some cases, a refund may be issued as store credit instead of a direct refund.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Important Notes:

• This withdrawal policy applies to EU customers in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
