Terms and conditions of the "New Year's Sale"

1. The "New Year's Sale" ("Promotion") is organized by EASY SURF, ul. Św. Michała 100, 61-005, Poznań, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7821239556, Business Registry No. (REGON): 631147690 („Organizer”). The business activity is registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) kept by the Minister competent for economy.
2. The Promotion is conducted at Organizer's online store available at https://easy-surfshop.com ("Organizer's Store"). Persons who have met the conditions of participation in the Promotion specified in these Terms and Conditions may participate in the Promotion. Such individuals, upon meeting the requirements, become participants in the Promotion ("Promotion Participants").
3. The promotion runs from December 23rd, 2022 (noon) until Organizer decides to end it.
4. During the Promotion, the Participant may use a 10% price discount on products available in the Organizer's Store. The products covered by the Promotion are hereinafter referred to as the "Products".
5. In order to take part in the Promotion, during its duration one must:
   1. a) add Products to the basket,
   2. b) before placing an order - in the "basket" section - enter the following discount code: EXTRA10.

   If Promotion Participant provides a discount code after placing an order, they shall not be entitiled to use the Promotion. Failure to enter the above discount code means that the purchaser has waived the right to use the Promotion in relation to a given transaction. Consequently, once the payment is made, the Purchaser loses the right to use the Promotion in relation to the transaction made.

6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge. It means that the purchase of the Products under the Promotion does not require the Promotion Participant to incur any additional costs other than the price for the Products and any costs selected by the Promotion Participant, such as delivery costs.
7. The discount is not exchangeable for any means of payment and is not redeemable for cash.
8. Some products are excluded from the discount code.
9. During the Promotion, Participant can benefit from free shipping. Free delivery is available only for orders from EU countries which are over 149 EUR (small items), or are over 599 EUR (any windsurf boards, wing foil boards, surfboards, masts, sails, booms, large board bags or kiteboards.)
10. During the Promotion, once an order has been paid, it is not possible to edit it or combine several orders into one. If you wish to edit your order, please contact us. Our customer service can change orders, which are not paid.
11. If an order is placed for a product(s) that is available from an external warehouse, the order will only be sent once the Organizer has received it. This also applies to orders that contain products that are available from the Organizer's warehouse.
12. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes that are valid in the Organizer's store, unless their regulations state otherwise.
13. Promotion Participants may submit complaints regarding the Promotion to the Organizer's registered office address or by e-mail to info@easy-surfshop.pl. Complaints should be reported within 14 days of the occurrence of reasons justifying the complaint.
14. In order to accelerate the handling of the Complaint, provide the name of the Promotion Participant and contact details (e.g. e-mail address or telephone number) as well as the description of reasons justifying the Complaint.
15. We shall respond to your claim immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
16. Complaints shall be considered by the Organizer, in particular considering the provisions of these Regulations.
17. These Terms and Conditions may be amended only for an important reason which shall be: a. a change of the law regulating the terms, conditions and organisation of the Promotion, b. a change of the way the Promotion is run due to technical or technological reasons; c. a change of the scope or provision of services which these Terms and Conditions apply to, through the introduction of new, modification or withdrawal by the Organizer of the current functionalities or services covered by these Terms and Conditions.
18. In the case of amendments to these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall make available the consolidated text of these T&Cs by sharing them on https://easy-surfshop.com.
19. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the time they are expressly indicated and posted at the above address.
