Newsletter Terms and Conditions - Up to March 2025

1. The owner of the website conducted at the address: easy-surfshop.pl (hereinafter: the service) is EASY SURF Bartosz Grzesiek, conducting business in Poznań at the address:Św. Michała Street, No. 100, 61-005 Poznań, NIP 7821239556, e-mail address: store@easy-surfshop.com phone number:+48 61 641 70 22 (hereinafter: service owner).

2. These Terms and Conditions define the principles for Newsletter service, which enables the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of free digital content by the website owner to the website user (hereinafter: website user). In the Newsletter service, the website user does not make a monetary payment, but transfers his/her data to the website owner.

3. The Newsletter service consists of cyclic, free of charge sending commercial and marketing information concerning the website by the owner of the website to the e-mail address provided by the website user.

4. Use of the Newsletter service is available for each site user after providing in the section of the site relating to the Newsletter service his/her e-mail address or other data covered by the form of subscription to the Newsletter service, and then accepting the subscription to the Newsletter service. When the user clicks the "SAVE" button or an identical button, a link activating the Newsletter service will be sent to the user, clicking on the link activates the Newsletter service and signifies acceptance of the commencement of Newsletter service provision.

5. Activation of the Newsletter service shall mean consent of the service user for sending marketing and commercial information by means of electronic communication within the meaning of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services as well as consent to the use by the service owner of telecommunication terminal equipment for the purpose of direct marketing and transmission of commercial information in this communication channel according to the Telecommunication Law.

6. Expressing consent by the service user is voluntary, however, it is necessary to activate the Newsletter service, its lack means that the service cannot be provided.

7. The Newsletter service may be cancelled by the Newsletter user at any time and without stating any reason: pressing the button : "SIGN OUT" located in each message addressed by the service owner to the user within the Newsletter service, an e-mail message addressed to the service owner sent to the e-mail address: store@easy-surfshop.com.

8. Resignation shall mean immediate termination of the Newsletter service, i.e. the service user shall cease to receive messages within the Newsletter service and data of the service user shall be deleted from the Newsletter service recipient base.

9. All content submitted within the Newsletter service shall be subject to copyright protection vested in the site owner.

10. The service user may lodge a complaint about the Newsletter service by sending an e-mail to: store@easy-surfshop.com.

11. The complaint should contain data enabling the identification of the service user submitting the complaint, a description of the irregularity and the complaint request. The time limit for considering the complaint by the service is 14 days. The service user will be notified of the complaint resolution by e-mail.

12. The service user who is a consumer may, in matters concerning the Newsletter service, make use of out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and claims.

13. Information on the processing of personal data in the provision of the Newsletter service can be found in the Privacy Policy.

14. The owner of the service shall be entitled to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions. Changes will be announced by publishing the Terms and Conditions on the website.
