Join usAqua Marina Cascade 11'2 is ideal for those who like to kayak as well as SUP. This hybrid kayak-board will work as both a stable paddleboard and a comfortable and easy to carry kayak.
Kayaking: Sit in the kayak chamber - this is the ideal position for paddling in big waves or on a fast rafting trip. The other option is to take a seat in a deck-mounted high-back seat for comfortable long-distance travel.
Paddling: Beginner paddlers can remove the pad from the chamber to stand on the lower deck - then, with a lower centre of gravity, paddling is more stable. The second way to paddle on SUP - ideal for skilled paddleboarders - is to stand on the higher deck padded with non-slip EVA foam. This position gives the paddler the ability to make quick turns and manoeuvre easily.
It comes with a folding 2-in-1 Dual Tech paddle, which you can adapt to the way you want to traveling.
With a capacity of 470 litres, the Cascade has excellent stability and a carrying capacity of up to 220 kg - so you can carry a small passenger or large equipment on long trips. Bungee cords for securing luggage are located at the bow and stern of the board.
Two fins (rear and centre) are included. If you are riding on a SUP - use the rear fin only. If you are kayaking in deep water - add the centre fin. The fins will help you stay on course, for example in crosswinds or when riding in waves along the coast. Their assembly is instant and incredibly easy thanks to the Slide-in attachment!
Cascade has been manufactured using innovative Drop Stitch Light Technology, which provides excellent strength, lightness and stiffness to the board. The kayak has drain valves for removing water from the deck.
